What's Always Included in the Base Price
Every whole-home cleaning includes: pre-cleaning inspection with written estimate; truck-mounted negative-pressure vacuum (not portable shop-vacs); cleaning of every supply vent individually; cleaning of every return grille and drop; cleaning of main trunk lines; cleaning of blower compartment; cleaning of evaporator coil access area; before-and-after photos via inspection cameras; written service report; and 100% satisfaction guarantee.
What we don't add later: travel charges (we never apply them anywhere in our service area), fuel surcharges, equipment fees, disposal fees, or 'discovered issue' upcharges (any genuinely needed additional work is discussed and quoted before proceeding, never added unilaterally).
Bundled Service Savings
Bundling related services on the same visit saves you $50-150 typically. The most common bundles: whole-home duct cleaning + dryer vent ($50 savings), whole-home duct cleaning + coil cleaning ($100 savings), whole-home duct cleaning + dryer vent + coil ($125 savings), and whole-home duct cleaning + coil + antimicrobial ($75 savings).
Bundles work because we're already at your home with all the right equipment. Scheduling separate visits costs us more in mobilization, and we pass the savings to you when you bundle.
Payment Options
We accept: all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and personal checks. For jobs over $500, we offer 0% financing through Wisetack with terms of 3, 6, or 12 months. Payment is due upon completion — we don't require deposits or upfront payment.
