All services are performed by NADCA-trained technicians using commercial-grade equipment and industry-standard methods.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided over the phone or via our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from the description provided (for example, significantly more vents than reported, severe contamination requiring additional treatment, or limited equipment access). We will always communicate any pricing change before performing additional work, and you have the right to decline.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Service appointments are scheduled in good faith with the time you select. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another customer. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip charge equivalent to a standard service call.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with safe, reasonable access to your home or business, including all HVAC equipment, supply registers, return grilles, and dryer vent terminations as applicable. You also agree that the area surrounding the work will be reasonably clear of personal items. We are not responsible for damage to personal items that were not moved prior to our arrival.
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will re-clean any affected areas free of charge or refund the relevant portion of your payment. This guarantee covers workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing conditions, third-party equipment failures, or issues unrelated to the service performed.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Commercial clients with approved net-30 terms are billed monthly. Late payments may incur reasonable interest and collection costs as permitted by Texas law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost income, equipment failure unrelated to our work, or pre-existing HVAC conditions.
